WEAPONIZED INQUIRY: How to Audit the State

FORCE THEM TO ANSWER.

The “Control System” thrives in the dark. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a flashlight. It is a legal mechanism that forces public authorities to release recorded information.

What You Can Ask For:

  • Project Budgets: How much did the local council spend on that “Smart City” surveillance grid?
  • Communication Logs: Did your local health official communicate with pharmaceutical lobbyists?
  • Safety Data: Where is the risk assessment for the 5G tower they just erected?

How to File a Request (UK Protocol):

  1. Find the Target: Local Councils, the NHS, Police Forces, and Government Ministries are all subject to FOIA.
  2. The Letter: You do not need a lawyer. Write a simple email/letter.
    • Subject: Freedom of Information Request.
    • Body: “I am writing to request information regarding [Specific Topic]…” Be precise. Ask for dates, minutes of meetings, and contracts.
  3. The “Subject Access Request” (SAR): Under GDPR, you have the right to ask any company (Google, Experian, your employer) for all the data they hold on you. Make them show you the file.

Why This Matters: Even if they redact the documents, the refusal often tells us more than the release. It proves they have something to hide. Paper trails do not lie.
